A self-service tap wall is a drink dispensing setup that lets customers serve themselves from multiple taps. To access the system, customers need to provide a valid ID and have a credit card registered. After verification, they are given an RFID card or bracelet, which activates the taps and allows them to pour their preferred quantity of beverage.
To begin, customers are required to check in at the front desk to receive an RFID card or wristband. A valid ID proving legal drinking age must be presented before the card or wristband is issued. The taps will only dispense alcoholic beverages when activated with a valid RFID card or wristband.
After checking in at the front desk, customers will receive a text message with a link to view their current tab. Along with tracking their tab, they can also use their mobile device to place food orders.
No, customers are not allowed to fill their own containers. We will handle the cups. You can handle the pour!
